Password Changes and Home Banking

Northland’s Home Banking system requires passwords to be changed every 6 months.

All home banking passwords should be 8 or more alpha-numeric characters.

 Here are some tips:

-Remember to choose something easy to remember but hard to guess.

-Use numbers in place of letters (0 for O, 3 for E)

-Combine upper and lowercase letters with numbers

-Use special characters such as (* + & !)

-Place fingers one key or one row “off” normal position

-Note the first letters in a sentence you’ll easily remember

(I love my #1 family with ALL my HEART! = Ilm#1fwAmH! )

To change your password, login to home banking and choose the Other Options tab.

It’s a simple way to protect your account and provide peace of mind. Why not change your password today?
